We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced registered manager or deputy manager to open and manage a new Children's Home in Gateshead. The Home will provide 4 beds for children under 11 with who have experienced trauma offering a welcoming environment that has been fully refurbished and resourced where children will be able to feel at ease, learn, reflect and engage.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Home and most importantly the wellbeing of the children within your care, duties including budget management, recruitment, referrals and staff management.
The role of the Children's Registered Manager offers an opportunity for an already Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager looking for a new opportunity to be part of a new and exciting development with the vision and passion and strong leadership skills that can inspire and support children to lead happy healthy lives.
