We are growing the Professional Services team in the UK and looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to join us on our journey, reporting to the Regional Head of Professional Services. As part of Professional Services, we help our clients right from the exploration phase through to the transition into BAU.
About the Role
Plan, develop and manage multiple projects at once, oversee more than 2-3 medium size to large projects, as well as a number of smaller initiatives. Experience in leading compliance and risk implementations with deep understanding of regulatory obligations [AML] and consultative approach.
The Implementation Manager will work closely with clients, setting progress and revenue benchmarks, and maintaining momentum with the projects; with a strong commercial, finance and scope oversight.
You will be a solution focused confident communicator and strong stakeholder manager. Used to managing a range of client-side stakeholders through the project delivery process, you will be able to ask the right questions, to help clients and their tech teams solve problems and clear bottlenecks and barriers, to keep the implementation on track and drive to a successful delivery with satisfied clients. You will have previously worked as a project manager and have experience of full lifecycle IT implementations including requirements and technical team activity management.
Demonstrated success managing and delivering complex SAAS, or on-premise, product implementations tied to involved data integration; overseeing high productivity teams while managing complex projects, as an expert consultant.
