This leading Top 100 UK Firm are looking to hire an Employment Lawyer, Consultant or PSL into their Tier 1 L500 Ranked Employment Team, this position is offered on a remote basis.
The Employment department is highly regarded nationally, and there is a significant commitment from the business to develop this offering further.
This is a non-Contentious Employer focused role; working closely with business and internal HR Teams, consulting them and creating, and then delivering bespoke Employment Law projects.
There are a number of Employment Partners who provide this service, meanwhile working across other areas of Employment Law - however due to the demand, and the investment towards this specialist area they are seeking an experienced individual to come in and champion this offering.
You will need to be a keen network and business developer to succeed in this role, whilst a client following is not essential for this position - having contacts who may be interested in this service would be highly beneficial.
As it will be based on delivering bespoke projects, there will not be a financial billing target however they are seeking a motivated individual happy to service their national client base, selling these projects meanwhile expanding the profile of this specialist team to increase instructions.
