Consultant Residential Surveyor needed to undertake non-lender, privately instructed Valuations, Building Surveys and Homebuyers Reports.
My client is using state of the art tablet technology, has an experienced booking and support team and is keen to speak to any Consultant Residential Surveyor who is seeking additional instruction and are even able to assist those looking to start working for themselves get started.
A suitable Consultant Residential Surveyor will need to offer a minimum of 2 days availability per week in return for which they can expect comprehensive booking and back-office support, 60/40 fee splits and as much work as they can handle on their contracted days (with no exclusivity obligation).
If your existing freelance or consultant arrangements aren’t delivering what you require for any reason, you wish to move away from panel work for the purpose of lowering your PII premium or simply have a personal preference/wish to diversify to secure a more consistent workload, we are likely to have a lucrative independent alternative (or supplement) to fit the bill.
