Our client was established in 2003 to provide smaller organisations, mainly within the not-for-profit sector with high quality bespoke HR support, including support with all aspects of recruitment, much like an internal HR department would do.
In February 2021, the organisation joined with Ellis Whittam, Law at Work and other employment law and HR consultancies, under Marlowe plc, to become part of a larger group, able to offer clients a wider range of HR, employment law and other associated services, for example occupational health, online training and an HR information system.
Position: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Full time, permanent
As a dedicated recruitment specialist, the Recruitment Coordinator will lead on delivering recruitment services to clients. Working directly with clients, in conjunction with the lead consultant, you will be involved in the entire process from drafting proposals, advising on job descriptions and specifications as well as planning and managing the recruitment campaign on behalf of the organisation’s clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring their recruitment processes and procedures remain efficient, up-to-date and embed high standards of equality and diversity good practice.
With a passion for recruitment and proactive customer service, you will already have extensive experience of conducting recruitment campaigns for a wide range to roles. You will lend your expertise to developing recruitment systems and procedures, and work across the team of HR advisers and consultants to ensure a consistent, high quality service delivery.
You will need to be highly organised with excellent verbal and written communications skills, an ability to respond to changing priorities and have excellent attention to detail. The organisation’s culture is driven by enabling clients to meet their needs and therefore you need to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high quality work to internal and external clients.
