NeoSpace is a place to work, create, collaborate, socialise, decompress and be inspired. It is a place where members are taken care of, whilst fully engaged in the work that matters.
The world’s most innovative people are profoundly shifting the way they live, create, and choose to work. Neo Space is a response to that evolution. While Neo Space supports the ingenuity of today’s start-up culture in spirit, we cater to established entrepreneurs who enjoy an elevated professional experience that combines design, hospitality, community and cultural programming. We like to challenge traditional methods, models and ways of working, making the boring interesting, the traditional hybrid, the sterile vibrant and the formal informal.
We believe simplicity is key so that your surroundings enrich your experience, not distract from it and leave you free to focus on fun.
We believe in creating rich experiences, not just functional transactions.
We are building a team of diverse talents, interests, backgrounds in and outside of hospitality. We value people who can enrich our culture with their unique perspective on life. We believe that an empowered team is fulfilled and breeds a culture of mutual respect and collaboration. We are in this together and we learn from each other at every level. We encourage everyone to be bold and challenge the status quo.
When we believe in something we make it happen and each of our teams are empowered to do this. This does not mean we take decisions lightly. We always do the robust analysis and thinking to guide our decisions, but then we move fast and don’t look back.
