Administration Support – Community Hospitals – Minor Surgery Seafield Hospital Buckie 17 Hours per week Monday-Friday Band 3 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant with the Community Hospital admin team to assist the Minor Surgery team for Moray. The successful applicants will require excellent IT, communication and organisational skills with a confident, courteous and friendly approach to patients and colleagues. Applicants should be enthusiastic, motivated, have the ability to work well as part of a team, able to provide cross cover to the department as required and have previous experience in an administration role. A high standard of verbal and written communication skills are essential as is accuracy and attention to detail and proven experience of MS office systems. Training will be provided but the successful applicants must have the ability to produce accurate outcomes and be able to work on their own initiative. The successful post holder will provide administration support to the wards and clinics. You may also be called upon to provide administration support to other teams within the NHS as the service is constantly evolving. As the post holder will be dealing with medical records the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information is essential.
