We have a great new opportunity to join us as an experienced Research Executive, working primarily for FMCG clients on projects focussing on product development, packaging, claims, pricing and range. You will have exposure to some of the best minds in the business, along with exciting and innovative techniques and training opportunities.

This role is currently based remotely, with a blend of remote working and travel to our offices in Winchester expected in the future.

Specifically, you will:

  • Support the successful delivery of projects to a high standard, effectively, efficiently, to budget and on time.
  • Work directly with account leads, on fast paced, varied projects, with plenty of client facing time. You’ll get to work on client accounts, not just projects, you’ll get to know our clients, their business and ours.
  • Assist in scoping proposals and project plans and supported by your manager, design and prepare research materials, monitoring time and cost.
  • Brief interviewers and researchers on projects.
  • Assist in preparation of results, analysing findings and client’s draft report and recommendations, working with the team to present the findings.
  • Conduct desk research to keep up to date with methods.
  • Gain experience across Quantitative methodologies, plus scope to get involved in Qual.


  • You will have experience of Quantitative market research, gained in a similar level role.
  • Ideally you will be Degree level educated or similar, within a relevant subject; Business, Mathematics, Economics, Social Sciences etc. would be an advantage.
  • A good understanding of management of data and protection of confidential information.
  • Flexible, with the ability to work autonomously as well as across teams to build knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must have, as are solid numerical, organisational and analytical skills.
  • A creative spark and a real desire to make data tell a story.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A strong work ethic and able to work to deadlines, with a strong attention to detail
  • Genuine desire to learn more about Neuroscience and Behavioural Economics and their applications in research
