They are looking for an Operations Manager from a plumbing background to work alongside the Director to assist with general day to day running of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is for someone who has experience within the New Building Housing sector (Operations Manager)
• Predominantly office based managing a variety of projects from initial through to completion (estimating and running projects) • Design & build and pre-designed projects • Procure materials and oversee the labour and specialised sub-contractors throughout each project • Attend and professionally contribute to all project progress meetings • Manage financial aspects
• You will previously have worked in the Construction industry as Operations Manager, Plumbing Manager, Quantity surveyor, Contracts Manager • Being able to run multiple jobs at once • Being able to estimate
• The role as an Operations Manager is on permanent basis with regular salary reviews based on merit and a clear line for progression • Competitive salary and package which equates to £40,000-£50,000 • Private Healthcare
