Napier is growing at a very fast pace and is undergoing tremendous changes in its internal business processes, organisation and systems. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our new Business Systems IT team which is tasked with making our business more efficient by defining, designing and implementing new systems and processes across various department such as Sales, Finance, HR, Engineering, Product and Support.
Are you a confident communicator and strong stakeholder manager? Do you have the ability to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders from many teams and elicit comprehensive requirements for new processes? Do you have the ability to effectively document processes? Are you comfortable working on different work streams in parallel?
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate successful experience in Requirements gathering, Business Process Concepts understanding and documentation, Coordination with multiple stakeholders and clear communication.
