Sales/ Business Development Consultant (Recruitment)
Brightwork Ltd (part of the Staffline Group) is a vibrant recruitment business that is enjoying rapid growth through the successful delivery of recruitment solutions to a range of businesses from SME to global organisations. We are looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to join our team and help us to continue to deliver on our ambitious growth targets in our core business areas of Manufacturing, FMCG, Life Sciences, Warehouse & Distribution and Engineering.
With an already substantial network of clients and candidates across the Scottish Marketplace, we are seeking an individual who can identify and convert new accounts within the region. You do not need to come from a recruitment background, as full training will be offered, but you should have demonstrable B2B sales experience and a desire to offer our clients the optimum service experience. The primary job role will be to identify permanent job vacancies that are vacant within these partner organisations and to provide a suitable shortlist of qualified candidates to meet the role/person specification provided by the client.
