|Salary:||From £11 to £12 per hour|
We are a small friendly family run successful business and are looking for a key person to join us within our office at Rivermead Business Park, Swindon.
Hours 9 - 4 (negotiable) Monday to Friday.
Accounts duties are all round and will include sales and purchase ledger, payroll and credit control so experience in all these areas is essential. The successful candidate will need to be competent using SAGE package and have good computer skills. A confident and professional telephone manner is required and previous experience of working within a small office would be an advantage.
Other duties will include liaising with customers and suppliers, preparing quotations and general administration tasks required whilst working a small office.
As this role will require often working alone in our busy office the ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated, trustworthy and be able to prioritise and work efficiently at all times.
