We are looking for a PMO Leader to work with our expert ERP team of 25 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Program Execution and Portfolio Management? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Enterprise Applications Leadership, Cytiva business partners, and Cytiva Project and Program Managers across organization to manage ERP project portfolio
- Partner with Portfolio Leaders and PMO team across the organization to align on best practices
- Ownership of Best practice tools, templates and documentation for ERP project execution including project tracking, cutover planning and execution, and risk & issue management
- Manage ERP resource allocations and ERP portfolio tracker on a daily basis - identify & action resource capacity or schedule overlap risks
- Manage vendor resource procurement and onboarding process, contracts and payments for ERP contingent workforce
- ERP operational budget management with alignment to IT operational budget stakeholders
- Support execution teams with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Manage centralized tracking of ERP risks & issues
- Support PMs in management of project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
- Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives
- Track program outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Manage capturing of lessons learned for each project in a central repository
- Manage Resource, Project Execution, and financials review opmechs for ERP team
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to manage prioritization and backlog for ERP deliverables
Who you are
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering or 4 years of IT technical experience
- Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Software Development Project Management including project and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and/or large global projects
- Proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization
- Strong understanding and knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals. Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
- Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
