An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Sales Team based in our Moira office. The Telesales Executive role requires someone who is accustomed to speaking to people at all levels in business, from administration staff to key decision makers / directors. Additional qualities include good IT skills, good organisation, positive “can do” attitude, and most importantly a willingness to learn and positivity.
We specialise in the development of funding applications for European and UK research & innovation projects often involving a variety of industries and research institutes from a number of countries. Our goal is to provide practical assistance and support to our clients.
Although this is predominantly a telesales role, we concentrate more on quality than quantity, to ensure our well qualified appointments are with the right potential clients.
Key Tasks: • Research and Contact prospective clients, • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, to generate sales appointments across a wide range of industrial sectors. • Manage sales tasks and update the internal database. • Raise the profile of the company through outbound email activity.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential • Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills • Professional telephone manner with exceptional rapport building skills • Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks • Must be able to work accurately, under pressure and hit targets
Essential • Demonstrate success in telesales or telemarketing roles - making appointments for field sales colleagues (currently via video conferencing where necessary) • Experienced with calling at directorship level
