Howdens Joinery looking for an experienced Appliance Aftersales Coordinator to join our Aftersales team based at our Manufacturing site in Howden.
The Aftersales Coordinator will be responsible for dealing with escalated aftersales service queries regarding our appliances from Independent Engineers or from Howden Joinery Depots nationwide. As an Appliance Aftersales Operator, you will work collaboratively with the Field Service Support Engineers and Supply Chain to deliver the best aftersales service for our end users.
To be successful in this role you must have experience in resolving challenging customer queries whilst always keeping the end user experience top of mind. This is a part time role over 3 days which may include Saturdays, it would be ideal if you had experience working with Appliances, however this isn’t essential.
