Barnett Waddingham is an independent UK consultancy at the forefront of pensions, investment, risk and insurance. We are looking to hire a group of enthusiastic and determined Apprentices across five of our offices starting in September 2021 on an 18 month Apprentice training program. With opportunities in Amersham, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Leeds, Liverpool and Bristol.
Working with a trusted training provider partner, The Growth Company, we offer our Workplace Pension Administration Apprentices the opportunity to learn alongside the people that you work with on a daily basis and be given time to study. Our programs are well structured, with the support of independent skills coaches, mentors and line managers to ensure you succeed in you role. You will be part of the Barnett Waddingham early careers network of over 50 Apprentices, Interns and Graduates. You will receive ongoing support and the opportunity to socialise.

We look to offer our Pension Administration Apprentices long-term career opportunities on the satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship programme. Full support will be given to the candidates in taking other professional exams. Further career opportunities are available throughout the firm with many employees progressing to Client Account Managers and line management roles.
Ideally we would like to see education up to A-Level standard with grade C or higher in 2 or more subjects.
