We're currently recruiting for a talented Conference and Event Supervisor to join us at King Street Townhouse Hotel, a baby grand hotel that has 40 bedrooms,suites and four conference / events spaces. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to work directly for an established company, as well as furthering their career in the hotel industry. The hotel also includes King Street Tavern (bar, restaurant and wine cellars), afternoon tea rooms, conferencing / event space, gym and treatment rooms, which are available to hotel guests. King Street Townhouse boasts some amazing features, such as its rooftop infinity spa pool, with views of the spires and clock tower of Manchester’s iconic town hall. The hotel prides itself in its reputation for unrivalled events and occasions.
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our well established team to further enhance our service offering. You will be working directly with HOD to ensure that service standards are met, improved and maintained on a consistent basis. As one of our supervisor's you will be responsible for the supervision, coaching and training of each team member whilst being on the front line delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for all aspects of an event or banquet in order to deliver a unique experience.
