We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to become part of the team within our Memset business. As a Technical Support Engineer you will provide frontline technical support to our customers on a daily basis via tickets and on the phone. Working as part of an establshed team you will also be responsible for provisioning servers for customers, assisting with customer backups and troubleshooting hardware/network/software problems.
Throughout the iomart Group we provide support to our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and in this role you will be required to be part of a 24/7 on call rota.
