LDMS is a fintech software start-up, spinning out of a large multinational group focused on delivering credit and lending software to a global market that is growing to $12 billion in the next 5 years.
We have a unique position, as a spin off from an existing multinational group we have the history, existing customers, large financial backing, a proven model and a solid revenue base. As a start up we have the ability, skills and autonomy to move fast, invest in new technologies and work with the best people.
However, this is just the start of our journey. To reach our ambitions we need builders, makers, and doers, helping us keep delivery high and bureaucracy low. We’re looking for people who want to have global impact, delivered from the heart of Cardiff.
As an experienced Oracle Engineer you will work with multifunctional teams helping to develop, deliver and support financial systems for high profile clients across EMEA.
As a skilled engineer you’ll be experienced working in an agile way. You will be expected to interpret written business requirements or user stories, participate in user story refinement and sprint planning. In addition to this you’d also be required to carry out tasks such as writing lean technical specifications and maintain existing document templates.
As a senior within the team you’ll play a part in helping to grow and shape our Oracle function. Whether you consider your strengths to lie in development or production support you’ll help support the growth and development of your junior colleagues by guiding them through problem resolution and act as a mentor. You will be enthusiastic about producing quality products and fix defects where appropriate.
