An opportunity has arisen to join the Frontier team, working remotely initially and then based at our Witham St Hughs office. We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst - Level 1 to join us on a permanent full-time basis.
The successful candidate will provide first level support, covering a large number of applications and systems, user administration and escalation of issues within the team. Previously working experience in a customer service environment is essential. Previous working experience in a technical or troubleshooting environment would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
