At AXA Partners, we have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Handler who is fluent in Dutch to join our team on a 4-month FTC. Based in our Redhill office, you will be responsible for the full end to end customer management and claims assessment based on receiving claims enquiries, claims assessments and general enquiries via online, telephone and post. You will have strong communication skills both verbal and written, whilst being excellent at building solid working relationships based on Integrity and trust.
Working hours are full time (35 hours), the team operate between the hours of 8am - 9pm, Monday - Sunday including Bank Holidays. After the 4-month period there is potential for this role to go permanent.

You will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by taking ownership and responsibility of customer enquires politely and efficiently, promoting the best image for the company through a professional manner whilst adhering to company standards and procedures.
You’ll take personal ownership for the quality of allocated work and the advice given to members of the public and intermediaries, ensuring the quality of call handling is in accordance with AXA values. You’ll oversee that any complaints arising from processed claims are responded to promptly, maintaining appropriate records and ensuring the claims system is always accurate and up to date.
We see ourselves as one big team, One AXA, and you’ll be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, allowing the claims function to operate efficiently.
Your training will be approximately 4 weeks and will be delivered virtually. You will have an allocated buddy in the team to help you settle in and who can answer any questions you may have.
What are we looking for?
• Dutch language and writing skills essential, Flemish desirable
• Excellent standard of written English
• Good understanding of insurance principles and policy interpretation
• Experience of handling insurance claims would be an advantage
• Track record of achieving results in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Computer literate in MS word, excel and PowerPoint
