The requirement for safety and security is needed right now, so we’re looking to recruit experienced Administrator

It’s important work, and as things keep developing, every day will be different. Working directly with the public, you’ll be providing a consistent service, with day-to-day responsibilities such as:

Experience

  • Provide professional and efficient administrative support
  • Communicate effectively with people on all levels, dealing with calls and enquiries as appropriate
  • Diarise meetings, prepare papers and arrange briefings
  • Maintain an efficient information retrieval system/management information system
  • Support service quality, process improvement and project management
  • Miscellaneous/ad hoc administrative duties as directed
  • Office management (stationery ordering, equipment procurement etc)
  • Travel and accommodation bookings (where appropriate)
  • Database management
  • Spreadsheet management
  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Monthly KPI meetings
