About the Digital Marketing team
The digital marketing team at Fidelity provides digital solutions to deliver market-leading client experiences across mobile, desktop, and other digital media, while providing exciting growth opportunities for our employees.
We work across the whole of Fidelity, including the personal investing, workplace pension and advisory businesses and support the wider marketing function together with other areas of the business. We provide content strategy, content design and copywriting support across the organisation, working with colleagues in other disciplines to design engaging and effective user journeys and experiences for customers who want to build better financial futures through investing.

The UK Marketing Team is central to developing, planning and representing the channel communication strategy of the UK business, as well as providing the UK channels with distribution marketing support across its major customer segments.
As the Lead Content Strategist, you will lead a team of content strategists working on the UK websites, you and your team will work to progress Fidelity’s Digital content and SEO strategy agenda and embed innovative content ideas, working with the UK businesses to design, develop and run content solutions to maximise customer and business benefits. You will be expected to deliver the best possible content experience to users of our websites. This means planning, creating and editing content that is focused on the needs of the user while meeting the demands of numerous stakeholders across the business as well as remaining compliant with all regulatory needs.
To fulfil this purpose, we need a senior content strategist who is seasoned in the world of large organisations (web and mobile). You should have experience coaching and managing other content strategists. You will have experience managing stakeholders with diplomacy while pushing your agenda to create the best, most intuitive and consistent content experience for users.
