Purpose of your role
We are looking for a passionate Manager to join the support team within the Workplace Investing Communications Delivery & Management team. You will be part of delivering the operational communications to support regulatory and workplace investing plan design changes.
Your role will focus on delivering regular end investor customised email and letter communications for our workplace investing members, with a remit to adhering to regulatory and client required notice periods, increase knowledge of changing plan designs and drawing attention to any actions required to ensure better financial outcomes for our membership base.
Working with multidisciplinary teams across the business, you will manage multiple campaigns with multiple stakeholders at any given time - project management, time management and stakeholder managements skills are key to this role.
