About the Sr. Manager, Sales Training & Development role: The Sr. Manager, Sales Training & Development will set a strategy for the training and development opportunities the sales department needs to remain a best-in-class commercial organization. - Overseeing the commercial onboarding program driving shorter time to impact for new hires - Driving development for tenured commercial associates, ensuring that our sales force is continually evolving and developing to meet market needs, and - Identifying and implementing tools and platforms to enhance seller productivity. - Drives a learning & development strategy for a department of ~750 - Identifies and assess our team against key competencies for a variety of sales professionals (field, inside, distribution, global key accounts) - Assesses our organization's performance against those key competencies, identifies gaps, then sets and executes a plan to close the gaps - Identifies new & emerging tools that can help our sales force become more agile & productive over time. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
