We currently have a number of roles available within our Contact Centre, with start dates throughout September, October & November
These roles are based in our Redhill contact centre, providing a service to our Home & Motor breakdown customers and clients in the UK. We have both permanent and fixed term postions available.
Depending on the role, working hours are full time, 35 hours per week. We have a rotating shift pattern which includes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays and salary starting from £19,350
How can you make a difference?
All of our roles involve you being an essential member of the team, helping our customers over the phone by handling their queries, while adhering to standard response times. You’ll also be ensuring accurate and timely completion of case notes, logs and diaries for each customer. You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships with our customers and remaining calm in the face of challenge to effectively help customers when they need us the most.
We always put the Customer First in everything we do, so we want someone who strives to go the extra mile for them. You will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by providing relevant and accurate information to every customer, based on your professional expertise and training. Additionally, you’ll use your initiative as well as information resources available to provide the best outcome for the customer.
We see ourselves as one big team and you’ll be responsible for working as an effective team player. You’ll support call handling activity in other areas of the business during times of high demand as well as supporting your colleagues as and when required.
