Facebook is seeking a strong, experienced consultative sales and marketing professional to lead some of our largest FMCG partnerships in the UK, establishing Facebook as a critical marketing lever that drives our client's business. The role requires a self-starter who can not only build strong relationships, but also creates and executes a strategic business plan and operates confidently within Facebook's rapidly evolving commercial landscape. Experience working with C-level and Management is a must. The ideal candidate will have extensive media and marketing knowledge, commercial acumen, great communication skills, and a proven track record of building deep trust with senior stakeholders.This position is located in our London office.
Required Skills:
- Transform the way your clients operate their business and how they make financial investments in order to contribute to their bottom line
- Earn a place as a trusted advisor to your clients by partnering with them to understand their business objectives and help define where and how FB can play a role in achieving them
- Set the partnership vision by developing and being accountable for the construction of an Annual Account Plan and Joint Business Plan to achieve these goals, and for delivering training, workshops, measurement studies
- Identify and pitch incremental revenue opportunities that are aligned to client's growth objectives and scale accordingly in partnership
- Partner with Facebook cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to Facebook's success
- Partner with client's media and creative agencies to ensure synergies, collaboration and trusting relationships are established, towards a common goal of achieving clients' business objectives
- Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipelines
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience working in senior Marketing, Account Management and/or Media Sales & Strategy roles, ideally across FMCG clients
- Thorough knowledge and/or experience in sales or marketing with a proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
- Storytelling ability with strong communication and presentation skills, and an ability to translate insights, product offerings and data into business benefits for the client
- Strong experience in navigating and influencing within highly matrixed, complex organisations
- An experienced leader who can immediately gain the credibility of executive clients
