To be successful in this role:
Candidates will have existing experience as an Insurance Ratings Analyst, and bring the following in addition:
•Excellent communication and client facing skills
•Demonstrable experience in working to strict regulatory deadlines
•Polaris Product Writer experience is highly desirable along with solid knowledge of Excel
•Most importantly you will be a motivated self-starter bringing fresh ideas to the team
The Insurance Ratings Analyst role is working from home as part of a small team to provide consultancy and support to various General Insurance clients. You will be using the client’s Rating tool (Ratabase / Polaris) to develop complex solutions for insurance pricing, underwriting and regulation.
Job role and responsibilities:
•You will be building and maintaining rating products for multiple insurance clients
•Reviewing and analysing customer requirements and ensure customer schemes and industry regulations are met
•You will be working in a team delivering solutions for insurance pricing and underwriting in a client facing role
