(37 hours per week, term time plus two weeks, permanent)
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic person who is well organised, self-confident and motivated, with good inter-personal and communication skills to provide effective administrative support for our behaviour and attendance team. Applicants must possess:
· Level 4 qualification, or equivalent, in relevant area plus GCSE English and Maths at A*-C or equivalent
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
· Experience of working to tight time deadlines
· Ability to produce written reports to a high standard
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
Wellfield was judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted in June 2018.
As part of BSF the school had an £8.5 million refurbishment so facilities are state of the art. There is also a floodlit, FA standard, 3G multi purpose sports facility on site which will support both the development of school and community sport. Situated only 8 miles to the east of Durham City the school is well located for access to the A19 and A1(M).
