Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to join the workplace investing marketing team. Working closely with the business on a local and global level, you will deliver regular member campaigns as part of our member engagement programme, Workplace Workout as well as enhancing the member experience and supporting digital transformation.
Your role will include delivering integrated media campaigns, digital content and direct marketing with behaviourally led targeting and segmentation for our workplace investing members, with a remit to increase brand awareness and engagement and ensure better financial outcomes for our membership base.
Working with multidisciplinary teams across the business, you will also be part of the team to bring global thought leadership, proposition and product development initiatives to market.
