Job Overview: TerraCycle seeks to hire a resourceful, and well organised Operation Administrator to support the European Operation team and contribute to the growth and smoothness of TerraCycle daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills. The position is based in Perivale, West London. Primary Responsibilities: - In charge of booking all national transports using approved suppliers and ensuring the required documentation is provided on time. - Source and onboard new vendors when TerraCycle set up a new supply Chain. - Responsible for the monthly regulation reporting. - Support end of month suppliers invoicing process, provide documents on time to TerraCycle finance department. - Regularly maintain our vendor Database up to date. - Work closely with the Regional operation manager and the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager for ensuring smooth communication with our warehouse staff and make sure they are updated on our latest operation news. - Order operations supplies. - Support the operations team on the compliance documentation of our vendors. - Support communication with our customer service team when our collectors send non-compliant parcels. - Support the operations team with general administration tasks and travels - Other duties as needed.
