Reporting into the Sportsbook Strategy and Planning Manager, this role supports the creation and execution of long term plans for the UK sportsbook markets. You’ll be responsible for putting the customer at the centre of everything we do, challenging how we do things and moving the needle on some of our biggest strategic events and strategic projects.

Your role in the team
Day to day you’ll be working through analysis and insight to pull out key nuggets to form our strategic direction for the next 12 months and beyond. Working closely with the strategy and planning manager you’ll be looking for data that supports our decision making and then helping to get other teams and colleagues within the sportsbook team and beyond on board with plans and next steps.
You’ll develop strong working relationships with the sportsbook team as well as other functions such as marketing, insight and product. Delivering the handover from strategic plans to short term execution is a vital part of this role and therefore a keen eye for detail and a love of process is a huge advantage.
You’ll also be responsible for creating insight briefs and interpreting the results to present back as a consolidated story. Reporting on previous campaign successes and areas for improvement are also a key component of this role so you’ll need strong commercial acumen and an ability to confidently present to large groups.
No two days are ever the same in this role, so you’ll need to be up for a challenge and ready to adapt when required.
