To support this focus area we are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team in Middle Europe as a Senior Regional Health Manager. In this role you will work on the the implementation of a structured occupational health management program across our Transportation Services Network. You will lead, coordinate and promote all relevant processes. You will work closely with our Operations and HR Teams in the sortation centres and the Middle Europe and Safety Management Team. You will also have direct leadership responsibility for the health teams in relevent countries. Your responsibilities include: • • Planning, coordinating and implementation of health measures and campaigns considering standards and local requirements. • • Implementation and coordination of an occupational reintegration management/ health care process for employees with long-term sickness. • • Analysis of local challenges and development of appropriate health measures. • • Support HR and Safety in organizing effective systems for strategic delivery of occupational health care. • • Uncover areas of opportunity and present business recommendations that will contribute to the shaping of our health management program. • • Cooperation with external partners and organizations. • • Interaction as a contact with the most important key functions and interest groups. • • Implement strategic solutions for ergonomics and well being for the reduction of Musculo-Skeletal Disorders.
• Improvement plans for nutrition, work life balance, pschological risks, industrial exposure to noise, vibration and chemicals
• Direct coordination and supervision of company doctors, nurses, paramedics and their legal responsibilities
• Responsible for employee hygiene protection programs
• Participate in incident management teams as required based on emergency medical and health topics. •
