What you’ll do:
We are looking for a passionate Product Owner (no experience necessary as training via induction and courses will be provided) who will act as a highly skilled communicator and possess a drive and passion for learning and understanding CDL’s products services. In order to excel you will obtain an in-depth knowledge of our customers and their respective business strategies, in order to align development roadmaps and cultivate opportunities that will meet and exceed client expectations.
You will be working within agile fast paced environment gathering client requirements for their Digital solutions, working together within your PO team and being supported by the development team who build and implement the changes in readiness for delivery to the client. You will manage all communications to the client in relation to delivery of these changes and ensure that client expectations are managed appropriately. You will have the ability to develop exceptional working relationships with your designated clients and internal stakeholders and colleagues. In this client facing role you will be expected to work with a range of clients, supporting and communicating the delivery of their digital products, web changes and backlogs.
You will own the assigned Digital Client Product backlogs, prioritising to maximise opportunities, manage stakeholder needs and expectations. You will ensure that the Client Backlog is current, visible and clearly understood by the client, the software delivery team and peers.
