Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are hiring two credit Controller, with a confident phone manner and who can manage potentially difficult or challenging situations to join our Credit Control Department, based out of Trafford Park. This is for an initial 2-months' fixed term contract (may be extended.) Individuals must be able to start immediately and commute easily to Trafford Park, Manchester.

Within the UK we deliver a national service, relied on and trusted by circa 3,500 businesses to serve tasty beverages and snacks at a variety of locations from workplaces to schools, universities and hospitals and everywhere in-between.
As Credit Controller, you will be required to take ownership of your own ledger ensuring that all due invoices are paid according to contractual terms and the company’s Credit Policy. You will proactively chase customers for invoices that are due and where there is a deviation from policy, ensuring the necessary steps have been taken to recover the aged debt, driving a detailed resolution plan. You will also need to liaise with the sales, service, operations and regional branches on a regular basis ensuring that procedures and policies are adhered to, considered and implemented appropriately.
