If the answers to the above questions are YES, then we really want to talk to you. Our small, but beautifully formed, shop in Winslow has a great team of dedicated volunteers and an experienced assistant manager waiting for you to lead them.
You will be empowered to make the shop the best it can be – from designing exciting, eye-catching displays and shop windows to show off the brilliant items our supporters donate, to the equally important job of managing the health and safety of our staff and customers.
This is a full on, never know what is going to come through the door next, kind of job. In fact, it has often been described as the “best job in the World”.
We are offering a flexible, full-time role working 5 days out of 7 (other working patterns may be considered for an exceptional candidate).You will be supported by an Area Manager and a dedicated Volunteer Engagement Manager.
Salary is £20k to £22k with 33 days holiday a year (including bank holidays). Our salary and benefits package is currently being reviewed based on staff feedback and industry standards.
You will have a full induction, regular training sessions and be part of a supportive, positive and friendly team.
