Human Resources / Recruitment Co Ordinator
Are you working in HR, Recruitment or Internal Recruitment and looking for a new environment? Do you enjoy putting adverts together and interviewing and vetting Candidates over the telephone but without a monthly revenue target? Can you build empathy and rapport on the telephone and relay a job specification effectively? Are you comfortable advising a Candidate that their application has been unsuccessful? Our client is a well established and well respected name in their industry and are looking to recruit a full time permanent Human Resources Co Ordinator, with recruitment and Candidate hiring experience. As the recruitment needs are filled, the job will evolve and you will be able to take on more of an HR and Training Role, giving you the opportunity to use a different skill set.
This role is based at Head Office in Southampton and offers flexible working hours. Salary is in the region of £25,000 depending on experience.
