Role: Waking Nights Support Worker (full and part time hours are available)

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and caring Waking Nights Support Workers to join a supported living service in the Newmarket area of Suffolk, supporting adults with a mix of disabilities but united by a love for life and getting out and about!
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for:
To be successful you must firstly be passionate about supporting people with disabilities and share our values of being united, responsive, creative, honest and strong. You should be a patient and resilient individual who is willing to invest time in getting to know the people we support and understand what care best supports their needs. You must also be willing to have a varied style of communing as the person we support is non-verbal. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.

Please note this position will involve evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS Check and the cost to be met by United Response. As part of the fight back against Covid 19, all our front-line staff are tested regularly and are encouraged to take the vaccine as soon as they are able.
