We are looking for our next ambitious Trainee Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic about their personal development and would love to bring to life the Mobile Fun experience for our customers, as well as kicking off their professional career in a number of exciting fields. This new opportunity as a Trainee Customer Service Representative will allow you to gain a recognised qualification, which will develop transferable skills that will open up so many opportunities for you so that you can go into a multitude of career paths - all whilst earning a real wage!
Our Birmingham Headquarters is where you will be based, near the City Centre with a number of restaurants, shops and activities locally in the area (which we love to take advantage of for our team social events!). So no matter what you are looking for, this is a fast-paced, exciting place to come to work every day.

What will you be doing?
As a leading Tech Company, we understand that the Customers of today want an easy and helpful way to reach us, so we will not be asking you to sit on phone lines all day (which let’s face it can be quite boring!) Instead, we will provide training on how to do the following:
Interact with our customers through messaging platforms
Engaging with customers via our Social Media platforms
Working with other departments to develop the Mobile Fun Brand
Be there as a Tech Guru for some of our customers
Immerse yourself with our exciting product ranges
Have a friendly approach in helping our customers navigate our exciting website
