SALARY: £18,250 - £21,556 per annum + £36 per sleep in + Generous Benefits

The organisation is looking for Residential Childcare Support Workers to join their Home in Leeds, which is rated “Outstanding” by Ofsted and has been specifically designed to meet the needs of children aged between 7 and 11. The Home benefits from the addition of a DfE registered school onsite, offering Key Stage 2 and preparation for a smooth transition to Key Stage 3 in a mainstream setting.

The Residential Childcare Support Worker will build an appropriate relationship and show resilience with focus to motive the need for education and enjoy community-based activities.
