Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation method

Lhasa provides a generous pension scheme, 34 days personal holiday allowance plus statutory holidays and career development plan.Summary of the role The Talent Partner will deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers, responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process/cycle (from role briefing, recruitment strategy and sourcing through to offer negotiation, administration and onboarding).
·Identify, source and secure candidates through direct targeting, industry networking methods, job boards, social media sites and professional networks
·Write and manage all job ads for posting on variety of job boards
·Responsible for designing and implementing recruiting strategies, advising on process, routes to market and media
·Consult with leaders and the P&C team to understand the skills required for each position in order to effectively match qualified candidates to business needs
·Design job descriptions and interview/screening questions that reflect each position’s requirements
·Counsel candidates on salary, company benefits and working environment
·Prepare and deliver all required feedback and correspondence to candidates
·Implement and maintain the automated recruitment system within Cascade, ensure it is fully utilized and candidate records updated to allow for accurate reporting and effective on boarding
·Administer online skills and psychometric testing services where required
·Generate offer letters and employment contracts for the hiring managers to issue
·Proactively manage all approved requisitions for specific business areas to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while ensuring all assigned metrics in staffing activities are met
·Report and present updated recruitment status and metrics of all roles to the Head of People and Culture on a regular basis
·Be a trusted advisor to the P&C team
·Monitor hiring practices across the company to ensure all documentation, interviews and actions are consistent and comply with all legal and ethical standards
·Work in partnership with peers to provide an improved candidate experience at all times for our new hires and in parallel, reduce time to hire without compromising quality
·Deliver additional recruitment-related projects and initiatives as requiredAny other reasonable instructions as required by the business
