Education has been hit hard all over the world. We had a teacher shortage in Bradford even before the pandemic started, so the shortage now is critical! Our current teachers and support staff need help and support, and we are looking for UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE GRADUATES to come help us, in our partner Bradford Secondary Schools. we are looking for support in the following areas BD3,8,9,12,13,16,20 and BD22
As recent graduates (of all subjects) you will have recent experience of A-Level and GCSE curriculums. You may even still be able to remember what it was like transitioning from Primary school to the big new scary world of the Secondary school. With students not at the levels they were at or are predicted to be at, Septembers big focus will be getting the students the extra support needed to help them close gaps in Knowledge.
Schools have a number of names for graduate roles but the main goal is the same – build rapport with the students, give them the confidence needed to know it’s ok and you will support them and help them achieve success.

We are seeking graduates, recent graduates and final year students! We are recruiting for individuals with enthusiasm to help, someone who will work to inspire students beyond the curriculum and expand their cultural knowledge. We are looking for Graduates with hopes of becoming teachers one day! Even if right now it is only a thought, please still get in touch as the quicker you get the experience the quicker you will learn if this is the right path for you!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
