The Role

Express Lifts Co is currently recruiting for a Senior Change Manager to manage ongoing Integration & Change Projects across the business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Ensure the due diligence conclusions are appropriately considered in integration planning
  • Develop the detailed integration plan in line with the strategic aims of the integration, working with stakeholders
  • Assist the acquired entity management team with preparation for integration
  • Produce and maintain projects plans, roadmaps, RAG reports and integration dashboards
  • Own the execution of the integration plan, day-to-day management of integration activities, ensuring that key milestones are achieved on time
  • Identify project risks, including proactive identification of inaccuracies, escalating significant issues accordingly, ensuring all obstacles to deals and integration delivery are identified, flagged and addressed in a timely manner

Skills/Experience required

  • A track record of successful M&A integrations with a comprehensive understanding of M&A pre/post integration/ merger activity.
  • A good understanding of due diligence processes and outputs
  • Proactive and flexible; comfortable working in a dynamic business environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy and a highly conscientious approach to work
  • Effective time management and organisational skills. The ability to prioritise and plan for self and others with the proven ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders and achieve shared goals and results
  • Strong influencing, written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in the use of other Microsoft packages
