We are on the lookout for an experienced Training and Culture Manager who is responsible for overseeing the delivery of training and coaching to all team members, working with managers throughout the print division and leading initiatives to drive improvements to culture.
The two main areas of focus for this role are:
Coaching and development
•Supporting coaches to create and deliver training for all team members.Including operators, team leads and supervisors.
•Measurement and assessment of all training impact.
•Oversees the induction process and signing off training for new starters
•Managing, coaching, and developing a team of departmental coaches.
•Coordinating the training schedule and working with managers on their training requirements
•Working with other managers to improve processes and solve operational challenges through coaching
•Conducting 121s for direct reports
•Ensuring all training procedures comply with ISO 9001 & 14001
•Leading cultural initiatives such as team events and ensuring managers are celebrating success
•Own visual communication in the print division ensuring key messages are constantly communicated
•Ensure the Bluetree values are driven in the print division
•Assists others in the achievement of their objectives by enthusiastically completing tasks which do not form part of the normal job description, when required by the supervisor / manager
•Maintains high levels of housekeeping
•Follows instructions relating to use of machinery and equipment
•Works safely and in accordance with H&S requirements / legislation:
The ideal candidate will need an ability to:
•Respond to tasks/projects from the Managing Director effectively and within the agreed time scales, including hitting individual and team KPI targets.
•Work well under pressure
•Good time management and prioritisation skills
•Develop positive relationships with other departmental Managers within the business
•Readily take part in Training Sessions to enhance their own personal development
