What You'll Do
You will be a part of the Liberty Global Sales team focused on the Service Provider franchise selling to Virgin Media O2. In depth knowledge of Service Provider business operations, underpinning technologies including SPaaE, SP Networks, SD-Wan, Contact Centre and data centre are highly desired.
The Account Manager in Cisco is the key contact for our customers: we are looking for a forward-thinking individual to lead this franchise who will own and nurture the relationships, working in a team to build and executing the sales strategy for VM O2.
Your success will reflect in sales achievements, long term customer relationships and satisfaction.
In this job you will:
- Focus on the best customer experience and become your customers' trusted advisor.
- Orchestrate portfolio team cross-functional members to deliver complete business solutions.
- Work closely with the Cisco Business units and Services teams to develop and close new business
- Identify and develop new business opportunities around our SPaaE, SP Networks, full stack application environments and SP Networking portfolios.
- With VM O2's growth focus on B2B, a key responsibility will be working with the Cisco UK channel business to grow the supporting SPaaCH infrastructures enabling VM O2 rapid growth
- Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits and pipeline development reports.
- Be flexible to anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.

Who You Are
- You bring 5+years of sales experience in a Telecom industry selling to Enterprise customers.
- Minimum BA or Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Able to understand, articulate and position the value of a technology-based solution to the customer.
- Write and speak English and fluently.
Desired Skills
- More than technical knowledge, you will need to have the potential to learn and articulate new concepts.
- Experience in selling Complex deals to larger Enterprise and/or Service Provider customers
- Deep understanding of developing trusted customer relationships up to C level.
- Ability to match customer needs with state of the art technology solutions and partners to deliver them.
- Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to our customers, partners and Cisco overall.
- Confidence in applying business and financial expertise to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to collaborate with and engage internal resources such as Marketing, Technology teams, Services and others.
