You will be joining our already successful branch team that boasts 11 colleagues of which 4 are in our Sales office. What will I be doing?As part of a fast paced team who are focused on offering the best service, and with your new found or existing product knowledge:
Youll provide high quality customer service over the phone.
Deal with a large volume of calls.
Youll take ownership for customer quotes and be proactive in following these up.
Youll be offering a single point of contact for pricing and ordering products for our Customers.
Ensure all customer and supplier queries are actioned and resolved in a timely manner.
What we are looking forThe successful candidates must have experience of being a similar role, industry experience would be advantageous but not essential as full product knowledge training will be provided. We do want your transferable skills of Sales Experience someone with an eye for a sale, Computer Literate as you will be dealing with emails, Great Customer Service someone that can build strong relationships quickly to secure that repeated business and Commercial Acumen.
