Engaging at all levels to provide value-add business partnering to key stakeholders within the UK and Nordics
·Key part of the UK HR team working to influence change
·Working in close collaboration with the wider HR function to foster a 1-team approach
·Working with resourcing team to attract, hire and retain and induct the best talent
·Managing disciplinary, grievance and employee relations issues up to manager level in accordance with Viavi policy and UK best practice
·Coaching and supporting managers to drive performance and capability improvement within their teams according to the VIAVI Everyday Development framework, facilitating teams to achieve defined outcomes
·Providing HR advice and support on a range of employee related issues according to UK best practice
·Proactively supporting the delivery of defined HR processes within area of responsibility
·Active participant in global HR projects and leading local HR projects as defined by the Head of HR
·Identifying and supporting new ways of working and continuous improvement in the HR function
Required Qualifications & Experience :
·CIPD qualified or equivalent
·HR generalist experience in a fast paced, technology, customer focused environment
·Employee relations experience and practical application of employment law & legislation
·Proven ability to influence stakeholders
·Drive to learn and set out of comfort zone
·Experience in international HR, ideally Nordics
