We provide bespoke software solutions for a range of organisations from the UK Ministry of Defence to other government bodies and commercial companies. Our team of developers have been successfully solving problems for a wide range of industries for a number of years.

We deliver these capabilities through our creative and innovative team who build strong and lasting relationships with our customers.
BMT is currently going through an exciting period of growth and we are recruiting an Apprentice to join our Software Development team in Bath.
Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:
You will experience a wide range of technical tools and techniques and can expect to get hands-on from day one. We operate using a flexible agile model of software development you will be in a customer facing role - first-class service to our clients is essential.

You need to have 7 GCSE’s:
You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Dependant on age:
Under 18 = £15,000 per annum,
18+ will be £18,000 per annum.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm - 37.5 hours a week.
QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
