Could you be a life-line for hundreds of people in the community? Thanks to our community transport service, those older and more vulnerable in our community can continue an active lifestyle attending classes, our Centres for the Community, support groups and medical appointments.
The Community Transport Service is seeking to recruit a Transport Administrator/Scheduler who will undertake a range of administrative duties including scheduling of accessible vehicles for both Elmbridge Community Transport and the Spelride service which operates in the Borough of Spelthorne. This will involve taking telephone calls, making bookings and maintaining statistics.
We are looking for someone with Community Transport experience and knowledge of Community Transport experiences.
The post holder will be able to work successfully within a team, be responsible and have a caring attitude and what a job that you feel you can make a difference.
Our fleet of accessible vehicles is available to older residents with a mobility impairment and you can be part of the team as a community transport driver. You have probably seen the buses around Elmbridge!
