Working for this fast-growing company in Central London, you will assist the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative duties.

As an Office Assistant / Office Junior, your duties in this role will include:

·General office admin

·Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

·Helping to resolving IT issues

·Ensuring that stationary stock levels are maintained

·Answering the phones

·Some HR duties – administration of annual leave etc

·Managing meeting rooms

·Dealing with suppliers and office maintenance

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to start their career in office management / administration. Full training will be given and there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility in the future.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

·Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Have attained a grade B or above for English and IT at GCSE

·Be driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to solve problems

·Have a basic understanding of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel)

This position is office-based, so the successful applicant must be available to work in London for 5 days per week.
